About Me

My name is Amanda Owen

By combining my decade of photography experience with my degree in Art History I create a beautiful intersection between Art and People. With my trained eye, I am able to capture my couples in both a documentary and editorial style. Allowing my couples to feel both at ease on their wedding day and participate in the creative process. My favorite part of the wedding day is when my couple sees each other for the first time and I' am able to capture the emotions that are presented and just allow my couple to be in the moment. Empathy, connection, and trust are at the core of my client experience. I understand firsthand photography's power and will strive to create images for the romantics and the nostalgics. I create my artwork in both digital and film mediums.

The Art Process

 

  • After our initial consultation I will put together your custom proposal that includes anything and everything you could need to have your day documented. Including rehearsal dinner, 35mm film add on, albums, and more! This is YOUR day and i’m here to bring it to life.

  • We will work together to put together a vision board and dream up your wedding. I will assist you in building the perfect timeline full of intention.

  • Your wedding day is here and it’s time to be in the moment and cherish the day, knowing I am in your corner to bring your vision to life and document every big and little moment.
